Plant-based breakfast ideas

Hi everyone ♡

I have to admit that when I first started eating plant-based it was a little bit overwhelming trying to figure out what I could and couldn't eat anymore. Especially when it came to breakfast I wasn't sure really what my options were. After doing some research (mostly just browsing through Instagram and Pinterest haha) I realised it actually wasn't that difficult at all and that there are tons of yummy and healthy plant-based breakfast options!

- Avocado toast

- Hummus toast

- Grilled veggies toast

- Peanut butter toast

- Açai bowl

- Tofu scramble (on toast)

- Smoothie bowl

- Overnight oats

- Oat pancakes

- Chia pudding with fruits

- Plant-based yoghurt with muesli & fruits

Personally, I love to add seeds as toppings on everything since it's a great way to get some extra nutrients in. Some of my favourites are chia seeds, hemp seeds, flax seeds and pumpkin seeds.
