Today I wanted to write a little review about one of my favourite vegan restaurants in Amsterdam, Deer Mama Vegan Mylk & Burger bar. There are already quite a few vegan restaurants in Amsterdam, which is a great sign and also a great way to show how delicious and varied plant-based food can be!
I think I've been to Deer Mama about five times already, but if it weren't for the fact that I don't live in Amsterdam, I probably would have been here even more often. It's located at the Ceintuurbaan 71, close to the metro (De Pijp). They have everything from different kinds of vegan burgers, croquettes, scrambled tofu, pancakes, waffles to the typical Dutch snack, bitterballen. They also have the yummiest (boozy!) mylkshakes and soft serves. If you still have some room left, don't forget to try one of their delicious cakes! My personal favourites are the croquettes on toast and the White Russian boozy mylkshake. Not only is the food delicious, but the interior is also very cute (lots of pink), the service is great and they have a small terrace to sit outside as well. If you're still not convinced you should plan a visit, I think these photo's below might do the trick :)
