Review: Organic Basic / Invisible Line

Updated: May 7, 2022

Hi everyone ♡

Today I wanted to write another review about Organic Basics. I've already written a review about other products of them here, but this time I'm doing a review about their Invisible line.

For those of you that don't know them yet, Organic Basics is an ethical clothing brand, specialised in high-quality, sustainable basics. Sustainability is their core value and they only work with fabrics that are environmentally-friendly and with factories that care about the impact they have on the environment. Fair fashion is something that has become very important to me so it feels great to support a company with the same values.

Review:

I got the Invisible Tank Top (black) in XS, the Cheeky Thong 2-Pack (black) in S and the Enamelled Coffee Mug.

Both garments are made of the same materials: 82% recycled nylon and 18% elastane. By choosing recycled materials you save a lot of water, prevent waste and CO2 emissions. The package that it arrived in is also eco-friendly, which is a huge plus to me.

For me, the Invisible Tank Top is the perfect top to wear under a sweater during these colder days. It fits really well and the material is very soft. I chose black since I personally wear a lot of black clothes, but they have other colours as well (nude, white & taupe).

The Cheeky Thong also feels very comfortable to wear and it's designed for an invisible panty line. This makes it great to wear under tight clothes. They also come in the same colours as the Invisible Tank Top. Especially the nude colour would be great to wear under light clothing.

I'm also very happy with the mug. I like the minimalistic design, it's light and it's a nice size. I've decided to keep it at my work so I can use it there to have my daily cup of coffee.

Conclusion:

If you're looking for high quality, yet eco-friendly basics, I'd definitely recommend Organic Basics. The products might be a little pricier than what we're used to, but the fact that you're not damaging the environment and the amazing quality of the products more than makes up for it!

Where to buy:

With love,

Lysanne
